Proverbs 17V17: Using SOAP (Scripture; Observation; Application; Prayer)
S: a friend loves at all times, and a kinsfolk (sister/brother) are born to share adversity (for a time of adversity).
O: I closed my eyes and figured out the friends that have always been there whatever adversity. If you are reading this, you have been that friend.
A: a friend doubles our joys and divides our sorrows. If I have been that friend to you too, I thank God for the great honour of being your friend.
P: Loving God, I thank You for my friends who know my worst and love me best. They are undeserved gift from You. Help me to be an active part of the Body of Christ to help carry the burdens of my sisters and brothers in need, as they have cared for me. In Jesus’ name. Amen
